Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (such as customs delays, strikes, or natural events).

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund.
